Codul a fost stabilit de c\u0103tre  <\/span>Legea privind violen\u021ba domestic\u0103, criminalitatea \u0219i victimele din 2004<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i a intrat \u00een vigoare \u00een 2006<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codul stabile\u0219te ce trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 fiecare agen\u021bie de justi\u021bie penal\u0103 pentru victime \u0219i \u00een ce termen trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 acest lucru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codul revizuit al practicilor pentru victime intr\u0103 \u00een vigoare la 1 aprilie 2021. Acesta a structurat drepturile victimelor \u00een 12 drepturi generale, cu detalii suplimentare, inclusiv termene \u0219i alte detalii specifice, pentru fiecare dintre acestea.<\/span><\/p>
